Orders

By placing an order on StoreCay you offer to purchase the items in your cart at the prices shown (plus shipping and any taxes displayed at checkout). We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or payment cannot be completed.

Checkout is guest-based. You are responsible for keeping your order confirmation link and guest token private. Anyone with that link can view the order while the token remains valid.

Pricing and availability

Prices, promotions, and stock levels may change. Inventory is checked when you place an order; if stock is insufficient, the order may fail or be cancelled and you will not be charged (or a payment will be refunded).

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe’s terms for the payment method you use. Manual or test payment methods, when enabled, are for development and demonstration only.

Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are approximate. Once an order is marked shipped, tracking details (when provided) appear on your order lookup page and may be emailed to you. Risk of loss passes according to the carrier’s delivery confirmation unless local law requires otherwise.

Returns and refunds

Refund and return eligibility depends on the product and the store’s return policy at the time of purchase. Approved refunds for card payments are processed through Stripe back to the original payment method and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoreCay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the storefront. Our aggregate liability for a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to orders placed after the “Last updated” date.
